SDI Divemaster
Considering a job as a dive guide or instructor? The SDI Divemaster course is the first step in becoming a dive professional.
No job is more fun and rewarding than being a dive professional. It allows you to share our beautiful underwater world with other people. The SDI Divemaster Course is the first professional level certification. During the course you will learn how to assist SDI Instructors in courses, supervise and conduct dives for certified divers as a dive guide, and show divers underwater dive sites and the marine life that inhabits those sites.
Increase your knowledge about physics and physiology as well as improve your proficiency with your scuba and snorkeling skills. Plan and execute emergency procedures appropriate for the diving environment and activities along with learning about the day-to-day operations of a dive resort.
Course Length: 8 days minimum
Costs: $2300 minimum 2 students (Private $2650)

Prerequisites: Minimum age 18. Certified SDI Advanced Adventure Diver or equivalent. Certified SDI Rescue Diver or equivalent. Provide proof of current CPR, first aid and oxygen provider. Provided proof of at least 40 logged dives
